Kejriwal tweeted that this is not the time to fight state governments, but to fight coronavirus with everyone. This is the time to help the state governments, to provide them vaccines. It is time to work as Team India by taking all the state governments together. It has taken the whole life to fight and fight and do politics. Along with this tweet, Kejriwal also shared a news in which it was written that due to cyclone and Kovid-19, Bandyopadhyay may continue his services as Chief Secretary.

It is noteworthy that just 4 days after the extension of service to West Bengal Chief Secretary Alapan Bandopadhyay, the Center sought his services on Friday night and asked the state government to release the officer immediately. The ruling Trinamool Congress in West Bengal termed the move as forcible deputation.
Bandopadhyay, a 1987 batch IAS officer of West Bengal cadre, was scheduled to retire on 31 May after completing 60 years of age. However he was given a 3-month extension of service after approval from the Center.

The Center ordered Bandyopadhyay to call Delhi after a few hours of the dispute arising out of the Chief Minister settling the Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee’s meeting with Prime Minister Narendra Modi on a cyclonic storm in just 15 minutes.
