Toolkit case: Disha Ravi knocked at the court door, bid

Accused Disha Ravi has today moved the Delhi High Court in the ToolKit case designed to spread the farmers’ movement globally. In a petition, he has appealed to the Delhi Police to direct that it should not leak the investigation material to the media.

Disha’s lawyer Abhinav Sekhari said that he was waiting for the petition to be listed for hearing in the High Court and only then would he comment on it. On Wednesday, police revealed the name of a woman named Marina Patterson. The woman, who lives in the United Kingdom, is associated with the Poetic Justice Foundation. Its role in drafting the toolkit has also been revealed.

At the same time, the name of another woman Thilaka has also emerged. She is close to PJF’s Puneet besides being associated with an NGO called XR. Investigating officials say that they were connected to each other only through protons, telegrams and signals of virtual private networks (VPNs). In some cases, chats have also been detected through their WhatsApp.
