We mostly use carrots in salads. Carrot is also very beneficial for your health and farmers cultivate carrots in the field every year with the help of a tractor. A carrot face pack should be applied at least two to three times a week to keep the skin looking beautiful and good. You can make a face pack from medium-sized carrots. The more times you use this face pack in a month, the more natural glow you will get on your face.

To make a carrot face pack, take two teaspoons of grated carrot in a bowl, mix half a teaspoon of milk cream, and one teaspoon of honey. Apply this mixture on the face and neck for 20 to 25 minutes.

  • Then gently massage the skin with your hands. Rinse face and neck with cold water after a while.  This remedy should be done at least three times a week.
  • Use a grated carrot and cinnamon face pack to reduce the problem of acne. To prepare the pack, combine two teaspoons of grated carrot and a pinch of cinnamon powder, half a teaspoon of milk cream, and one teaspoon of rose water in a bowl.
  • Face pack of carrot and rose water should be used for glowing skin. To make this pack, combine two teaspoons of grated carrot, one and a half teaspoons of rose water, and one teaspoon of gram flour. Combine all three ingredients. Apply the pack on the face for 20 to 25 minutes.
