This phone has a 6.5 inch HD Plus Infinity V TFT LCD panel. With 3 GB RAM and 32 GB internal storage, the phone is powered by MediaTek Helio P35 chipset. In some countries, Samsung has also launched the phone in 4GB plus 64GB and 6GB plus 128GB variants. The phone supports microSD card. Its storage can be expanded up to 1 TB.
