Jammu and Kashmir: Two BSF constables missing from Rajouri, massive search operation launched

According to police, the two BSF constables were posted at the BSF camp in Sundarbans under the general duty category. When the two constables did not return to the camp until late in the evening, there was a commotion in the camp.

Two Border Security Force (BSF) personnel have gone missing in Sunderbani Area of Rajouri district of Jammu and Kashmir. Official sources said that two personnel posted at the BSF camp in Sundar Bani area of Rajouri district went missing on Thursday evening. A report regarding the disappearance of both the officers has been lodged at Sundar Bani police station in this regard.

After a search has been launched for the two officials but no trace of them has been found so far.

According to police, the two BSF constables were posted at the BSF camp in Sundarbans under the general duty category. When the two constables did not return to the camp until late in the evening, there was a commotion in the camp.

At first, on the instructions of BSF officers, the comrades tried their best to find the two, but when nothing was found about them, a report of their disappearance was lodged with the police.

A police officer said his team began searching for the two constables soon after the report was lodged. His other colleagues on duty with him at the sub-district headquarters are also being questioned. No trace of the two constables has been found so far.
