Pappu Yadav Arrested Case Full Summary: Former MP and Jan Adhikar Party chief Pappu Yadav arrested by Bihar Police on Tuesday. Pappu Yadav had disclosed 3 days ago that the ambulance purchased from the MP item was lying idle.
A police team led by the Town DSP arrived at Pappu Yadav’s residence in Patna on Tuesday morning, after which he was taken into custody. Shortly afterward, the police also confirmed that Pappu Yadav has been arrested for violating Covid-19 Rules.
Pappu Yadav is accused of violating the ongoing lockdown rules in Bihar.

Pappu is accused of entering the Covid ward of PMCH on Tuesday morning with having pass. After his arrest, the police took Pappu Yadav to Budh Colony police station in Patna.

Rajesh Ranjan alias Pappu Yadav, former MP of Madhepura in Bihar and president of Jan Adhikar Party (JAP), raided a place and exposed the case of over two dozen ambulances being kept unused. All the ambulances were procured from the fund of Lok Sabha MP Rajiv Pratap Rudy from Saran.
The ambulance had Rudy’s name written on it and was purchased from the Fund of Member of Parliament Local Area Development Scheme (MPland). Pappu Yadav, along with his supporters, suddenly reached the spot on Friday where several ambulances were standing and after arguing with the security personnel, they went inside the premises. Several ambulances in the complex were covered with tarpaulin.
