The court said that his laptop and mobile phone have been confiscated and Jacob Transit is seeking bail to go to Delhi for relief.

During the hearing, the court recorded that Jacob had no religious, political and financial intent to incite violence in Delhi on 26 January and his house was raided on 11 February.

The court ruled on the second accused Shantanu Muluk after seeing the order of the Aurangabad bench.

On February 16, the second accused in the case, Shantanu Muluk, was given a transit bail by the Aurangabad Bench of the Bombay High Court. The bench has given 10 days time to go to the respective court.

Let me tell you that it was told at the press conference on behalf of Delhi Police that three people together prepared the toolkit and worked to spread it all over the world. The Delhi Police had told the arrested climate activist Disha Ravi that Nikita Jacob and Shantanu were also involved in this.
