Elon Musk’s company Space X has set a new world record by sending 143 satellites into space with a single rocket. Earlier in 2017, India sent 104 satellites into space with a rocket. Till now, India had the record for the largest number of satellite launches by a rocket.

All these satellites were launched with Falcon 9. It was launched at 8.31 pm Sunday night from Cap Canaveral, Florida, according to Indian time. These satellites were first to be launched in December last year, but were postponed due to some technical difficulties. Musk’s company takes $ 1 million to launch the satellite.
